The first location I went to did not have the equipment that I reserved. They gave me a number to call and I was sent to this location. From this point it all went well.

Good services
Philippe CManager was helpful and friendly. Trailer looked like it had been used to move dirt by previous renter. Had to be wept out to load household items. My biggest complaint was that I had originally booked May 11th for my May 21st pickup at the 7350 boul Saint Anne-De-Bellevue location in Montreal close to the address it was needed. I received a phone call on the morning of May 20th advising that a 5 X 8 trailer was no longer available at that location and for another 5 X 8 trailer I would have to drive over 50 minutes away to the location in Farnham QC. That added considerable time to an already long drive from Montreal QC to Port Dover On.
