Initially I called to confirm an additional 24 hours and it was included in my price of $375. In the end, I was recharged for the extra day. The last time I called I had to wait more than 10 minutes before I got the line. I find it a pity the lack ofkarine L.

I reserved a motorcycle trailer. I received a phone call from U-Haul before my rental telling me that it was not guaranteed the motorcycle trailer would be available at that location and the person changed my reservation to a 5'X9'. I asked if it was the same price otherwise I would change location and was told it was. When I picked up the trailer it was not the same price and the clerk said he could not help me. I tried to phone U-Haul 4 times to clarify, but it was impossible to reach customer service. I ended up having to take the trailer since the other location that had a motorcycle trailer was closed. Not a good experience when the guy on site refuses to help and when you can't speak to a person. You should not have told me the reservation was changed at no extra cost if it wasn't the case. I will think twice about renting with U-Haul in the future. If someone does read these messages, give me a call.Eric G.

Ma rÃ©servation avait Ã©tÃ© fais 3 mois d'avance. Ma rÃ©servation Ã©tait pour vendredi Ã 16h jusqu'Ã samedi Ã midi. Uhaul ma annoncer que ma location commenÃ§ais a 18h30 le vendredi et je devais rapporter le camion Ã 6h30am le samedi sinon dÃ¨s frais aurais Ã©tÃ© ajouter. J'ai essayer de parler Ã un reprÃ©sentant mais personne pour me rÃ©pondre. Ils m'ont envoyer la confirmation en texto a 17h45 aucun moyen de communiquer a personne. J'ai du faire le double du kilomÃ©trage pour prendre le camion donc il mont charger plus de kilomÃ©trage.J'ai du devancer mon dÃ©mÃ©nagement Ã cause de uhaul. Donc je recommande Ã personne le service uhaul. Grosse compagnie mais aucun service Une vrai compagnie de mange merde. En plus le camion tombais en ruine JE RECOMMANDERAI JAMAIS UHAUL compagnie de trou cul....frederic B.

Les propriÃ©taires sont trÃ¨s gentils, je n'ai jamais eu de problÃ¨me avec eux. Le service est excellent! Les heures d'ouvertures sont larges donc nous ne sommes pas restreints au moment d'aller chercher/retourner l'Ã©quipement. Je paie pour les journÃ©es d'utilisation seulement, aucun extra farfelue comme d'autres Ã©tablissements se plaisent Ã faire payer aux clients. Je recommande chaudement!Trycia B.

The brop key box was full of snow. Couldn't use it. The personnel could not speak french and I'm not even sure that I could speak English as well. Strange to say, but we are in a community that should at least speak french or english.sylvain Y.

Lorsqu'un client demande de rÃ©cupÃ©rer le camion Ã une place prÃ©cise et qu'il se fait appeler la veille pour lui dire que finalement ce sera dans une autre ville, selon moi ce n'est pas un bon service. J'ai tentÃ© d'appeler Ã plusieurs reprises puisque je recevais des courriels d'appeler pour valider la destination du camion reportÃ© et j'ai Ã©tÃ© en attente pendant 30 minutes les 2x. D'autre chose Ã faire. De plus, j'avais valider la destination lorsque j'ai pris le rdv et j'ai re valider la destination la veille avec un employÃ©. Je comprends pas que le message ne se soit pas transmis. Il faudrait penser Ã avoir des employÃ©s qui parlent bien franÃ§ais. Les informations peuvent Ãªtre mal transmises si l'employÃ© ne comprends pas bien la langue ou que le client ne comprends pas bien l'employÃ© Ã cause d'un gros accent.Anne-julie F.
They never understand and/or verify with starting point about the dolley not being returned while the invoice was still showing it. They charge me like a missing and then laugh at us saying it's what I have to do. We spent 20-30 minutes waiting on the line on our own without answers and help to clarify the situation. Luckily when we called back on next business day we received a better service and the end is OK money wise but we shouldn't have to deal with all this challenge process to get what we asked for clearly.jacques C.

L'employÃ© avec qui nous avons parlÃ© ne rÃ©pondait pas clairement aux questions. Lorsque nous somme aller chercher la remorque, l'employÃ© ne pouvait pas nous aider pour installer la remorque avec le camion. Ce n'est pas parce que tu loue une remorque que tu sais comment installer la remorqueâ€¦ L'employÃ© a Ã©galement oubliÃ© de nous remettre le diable pour transporter nos Ã©lectromÃ©nagersâ€¦Nadine L.
one tire was very flat when I arrived at the place to move-I lost 4 hours waiting to find out if we waited for someone to come replace the tire or return truck to exchange or return truck for the tire to be replaced. I only had the helpers for 2 days. We were not able to complete the move until the workers were available 2 days later and then returned the 2nd truck at that time. The person who was helping me for the servicing was very nice and looking for solutions. She told me Uhaul would give me a credit on some of the gas and the 80km return trip to get the truck since I had to do it twice. The passenger side window is broken on the 2nd truck and would swing out on its own so it was difficult to use unless I had a passenger to correct it when it moved on its own. Couldn't adjust it when I was driving on my own. I appreciate everyone trying to be helpful. That is good customer service. Just repair the tire on the first and the mirror on the second truck I would be very happy with mileage correction and some credit for the gas to be a certain repeat customer. TYVMMichle S.

Je tente de rejoindre la maison mÃ¨re, aprÃ¨s 45 minutes d'attente pour trouver une solution, la ligne raccroche. J'ai due faire la dÃ©marche moi mÃªme et louer un camion plus grand que prÃ©vu et beaucoup plus loin que souhaitÃ©. TrÃ¨s mauvaise expÃ©rience.Josyanne D.
the light in the truck wasn't working anymore. was moving home at night. pretty hard to load and unload when you don't see. cleaning was ok. would recommend for someone who needs it in daylight. But I had to come back the day after to fill the gaz cause they were closed when I arrived, so not really appropriate for truck renting.PALOMA C.
Vous pourriez faciliter la procÃ©dure pour le remplissage de l'essence au retour de la location. Pourquoi ne pas partir avec un camion rempli d'essence au dÃ©part au lieu d'une quantitÃ© approximative. Ce serait plus simple pour le client de devoir faire le plein au complet au lieu de remettre de l'essence jusqu'Ã une quantitÃ© approximative. La quantitÃ© d'essence Ã remettre dans le vÃ©hicule serait claire et prÃ©cise.STEPHANE B.
