How U-Haul Reviews Work- The cabin of the truck was disgusting and the app would not allow me to mention that it was not clean. It would not load the pictures of the truck and would not let me complete the registration until I said it was clean. - The doors of the truck would not close well. - The lack of signal made it long and difficult to complete the registration process. I was not allowed to post all of the pictures of the truck that I took. - When I went inside, to say that it was a problem; I was not offered another option. - It was difficult to communicate with the people inside because they did not speak french fluently. - I am incredibly disappointed and will share my experience with other people.
