We were hassled with daily phone calls from U-Haul not the dealer we rented from, as if we stole the trailer and wanted to know details. The dealer had all of the details and the payment and was contacted by us. this was extremely rude and frustrating to deal with. We don’t know why U-Haul didn’t just called the dealer for the rental information instead of hounding us.
