Excellent service, very efficient personnel. I’m a senior citizen and the office personnel took the time to explain everything to me concerning my contract and the need to keep my papers with me. They had a kind young man to help me hook up. Love that easy hitch.

Albert BWe were hassled with daily phone calls from U-Haul not the dealer we rented from, as if we stole the trailer and wanted to know details. The dealer had all of the details and the payment and was contacted by us. this was extremely rude and frustrating to deal with. We don’t know why U-Haul didn’t just called the dealer for the rental information instead of hounding us.
