Better customer service the guy was very rude. Also I reserved a dolly and he didn’t have one there but I was charged for 2 dolly’s and furniture pads and received neither I didn’t even request furniture pads but was charge for them.

The cab was not cleaned prior to my renting the vehicle.
Steven STook a while to check in. Some how my reservation was changed that it was returning to this location. I think the local agent changed it. But it was fixed and I was able to leave.
