This was not the business location I requested when ordered my rental truck. Uhaull transferred my to this location. This business was very unorganized building/office/operator. Not very friendly.

LYDIA PDid not drop it off in fayetteville.It was dropped off in round rock, texas, on burnett street. Absolutely a joke. When I got there, they manager told me to leave right away. She's not gonna have it, it's full.I showed her my text and email that I reserved this weeks i had a time and it was going to be dropped off at that location. She threatened me. She will charge me double the price if I drop it off there. And when I tried to call the, you haul 18 hundred number, she said, go outside and do it outside. It's not my responsibility when I have the paperwork showing, where it goes to pack up, drive twenty more minutes, somewhere else to drop it off. that is, you haul's responsibility somehow even my name was removed from the order.And my sisters, who was a secondary driver, was at as the person ordering a u haul, even though I made the reservations in my name weeks ahead of time and paid with my credit card. The lady at the u hall said I was emailed the day I was supposed to drop it off with an alternate location. Still not my fault.I have the paperwork showing.When I reserved it where I was supposed to drop it off. If her lot was filled, use one of her employees to move it somewhere else. When I took it to the secondary location, that lady was really nice and she even said that that first lady was not supposed to change the drop off location, like we all know she did. Even though she was full, she sent it somewhere else.And the place she sent it, it was full. I will never ever rent A UHaul from them on burnett street in round rock texas.

ERIC CI thought it was going to 20 bucks maybe 50 at most. But ended up paying 120 dollars for a few hours… not ideal.
