🚨 HORRIBLE LOCATION – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨 The owner called asking if I could return the truck early because other customers were waiting. We rushed our unloading to be helpful and returned it at 11:00 AM (an hour early). Instead of a thank you, the owner greeted me by rudely stating he was charging me extra because "that’s the fair thing to do." He told me if I didn't like it, I could call the 800 number. I booked this online with UNLIMITED MILES, yet he charged me an additional $75 for mileage anyway. After this confrontation, I told him I would be keeping the truck until my actual booking time of 12:15 PM. He said that was fine. However, while I was still in the back of the vehicle grabbing my last few personal items, this same man jumped into the driver's seat and drove off, as I was climbing out. Absolutely the worst customer service and a total safety hazard. Do not rent from here and sure don't return it here!!!
