Shawn FIs was a confusing process booking online. The first booking did not go through but we did not know that until the day of. Then we would book times at other locations and the confirmation would say a later time. We switched locations to get an earlier time and once everything was confirmed it worked out perfectly. Picking up the truck and returning it was easy. We just needed it for a short quick move and we had no issues.
Cullen WOrdered a dolly, but owner did not communicate clearly that he did not have one. Even though we were not charged for this, I didn’t know the dolly had been taken off until I opened the back of the truck to begin moving, which was unhelpful because my wife and I needed a one for moving heavy boxes and appliances. Along with this, the truck was filthy and not cleaned at all.
