We had multiple issues with the door going too far up and the latch getting caught on the lip of the door frame. Pretty much every time we opened or closed it there was a problem. Everything else was good- but the door was a pain.

Equipment was dented and damaged on the outside, but still functioned and did what it needed to do. Even though it was looking rough around the edges it didn't even leak during heavy wind driven rains.

MICHAEL CWe were told that a charge of 177 would be put on our card to hold. Upon arrival not at drop off location not only didn't they take 177 they added on 55 more extra with nonexplanation I would not recommend uhaul and will not use them again. I plan on using my media platform to show this flagrant deception. And discourage anyone from using them.
