It was Labor Day and no one at the store. Fortunately, there was a number on the door to call. I was able to turn in the vehicle thanks to the woman who talked me through the process. No one at the store since it was closed for the holiday.

TAI EMy overall experience was very good. The only issue I had was the release of the loading ramp. The first day it worked perfectly. However on the second day after releasing the spring loaded ramp lock, the ramp still would not extend.
