I tried to inform this furniture company of the ongoing maintenance issues the U haul truck was having, and they just dismissed what I was saying didn’t want to look at the truck or check me in. Just took the keys and said U-Haul needs to take care of that…um that’s you get off your backside

There were bloody tissues in the glove compartment of the truck. I was also allowed to leave the lot with the trailer not hooked up correctly, one of the safety chains wasn't attached and the lights were not plugged in.
