Robert FThe vehicle was clean, pick up was super easy. I missed some steps to turn it back in. But that was all my fault! Just make sure you don’t lock and turn in the keys before the app wants you to take pictures of the inside and mileage! I did both, just not on the app so it took a little longer dropping it off. But over all I’d definitely use this site again and they would be my 1st choice!
Elizabeth LDropped the truck off after hours so didn't interact with anyone. But the truck was checked and we got our receipt first thing the next morning.
