The fellow at the Mobil station was very friendly and helpful. So nice to work with someone like him.
CHARLES BThe site was OK but the trucks are parked on a side hill making inspections difficult to do. Entry and degrees from the truck was a fall hazard on that hill. The site has lousy cell phone reception making it difficult to connect with the cell phone at all. The photo app on the web site didn't work and I had to take photos and upload them through my computer. It was a frustrating experience.
Barbara CVan smelled of weed Very hard to rent from uhaul Reserved in bonney lake Found out i had to pick up in buckley Then they cancelled my reservation since i didnt pick up by 930. Didnt know i had to pick up by certain time Then had to pickup in federal way which added mileage to the rental
Corrie BEmployee at the location was rude and extremely unhelpful. Truck was not maintained well and was parked haphazardly.
