Reservations and instructions were poor. Agent I had to call was not familiar with state geography, location of pick up changed in writing to me but that was not correct.
Bruce N.I didn't receive a call from the first location pick up, he didn't have a truck and was rude. He said it wasn't his responsibility to notify me that he didn't have a truck even though he knew I was coming to pick up. I had to drive a hour to the second location to pick up the truck. Better Comunication and customer service should be #1. Second location was very nice and helpful.
