Due to wide area, people need to go other places. No note letting people know location of workers. Was told to disconnect trailer by myself. Young lady for truck return was very nice and helpful. Man not so much.

RODGER LWe initially rented in Alex and they messed up our reservations. The one 800 number for the Fargo region was very helpful and gave us a discount and moved us to Fergus. It was 30 minutes out of our way, but we were grateful to have a trailer.
