Awesome customer service,
DAVID KThe person that was supposed to help us never showed up was very rude and disrespectful to us. We also got the U-Haul stuck in the middle of the road and the guy would not help us. He was disrespectful and rude and told us it would take over 20 minutes for him to get there. We had to go get a toe strap and pull out the U-Haul ourselves. He wouldn’t help us and by the way, there was two other people that had already been waiting over 20 minutes for him to arrive so that they also could rent a U-Haul, not happy with the service and will not return to this place again for future U-Haul Services. He really frustrated us was not helpful and it was very upsetting and it was super cold this weekend and he was nowhere around to help us sorry that I can’t remember the name of the guy that was there.
