The location in Fergus Falls was excellent. The young lady who assisted me went above and beyond to be helpful, even using my phone to take photos of the truck, a photo of the gas gauge, etc. and uploading them to the U-Haul app. What I was not pleased about was getting a phone call the day before I was supposed to pick up a truck in Brookings, SD, letting me know there wasn't a truck available to me. I had made a reservation weeks in advance. However, the young lady who helped me over the phone was able to get me lined up with a truck at the other location. This meant double the amount of miles, double the amount of fuel cost, etc. although I was given a much reduced cost on the base rental itself.
