William COverall my U Haul experience was painful. I am thankful for the local dealers like these guys to help me. The girl at Advanced Storage Systems was beyond helpful. She was easy to talk to and when the app was not allowing me to check out the vehicle after hours, I called her and she handled it politely and professionally over the phone in a matter of minutes. I promise you if it wasn’t for her I can guarantee the national reps would have got me in a further jam than they already had to begin with.
Rob RWhy do the vehicles need to be parked far away from the locked key boxes? I was walking around the streets of Fergus to find "the corner of Hampden and Sheridan," and I just didn't feel that it should be that complicated. The whole check-in process took me longer than it should have, and the app was constantly glitching.
Jessie WAlthough swamped with an influx of customers right at opening time, the staff was courteous and quick to sort through and get everyone going.
