DEBRA KThe gentleman that helped was great and worked his tail off helping me. He very much tried and was pleasant. The issue I had with this experience had nothing to do with him. The location itself is incredibly sketchy. They do the UHaul stuff via a gas station and literally did my check in over a landline. It felt completely questionable to have to authorize such a large amount over the phone. At minimum, it would be nice if they had a computer or something on site to let customers know it is a legit location.
STEVIE PThe truck had a bunch of moving blankets in it and a hand truck. We did not ask for them. It took up needed space.
