I was surprised that the car trailer I rented did not have tie down straps for the rear car tires. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Jonny RAmy was wonderful- after a bad experience with another trucking company and having no truck for a trip we were going on in less than 12 hours, I called U-Haul, Amy had a truck-a brand new, clean 16’ truck ready for us. She did most of the paperwork over the phone and had everything ready when we arrived. Very friendly, caring, & efficient-thank you!
