Location is awesome, easy to navigate. Truck was clean but rough. Front bumper misaligned. Drivers door was difficult to close. Rode rough. 155K miles is a lot of miles for a moving truck and you can tell it has seen better days.

My issue is not with the pick up location per se. I scheduled another pickup location close to my loading location, ordered supplies on line, and expected to pick them up at the pickup location. UHAUL changed the location unilaterally, and then notified me. I called the number on the text from UHAUL and got the pickup location. They said they had my truck and would "work out" the supplies. When I arrived the next day, they had my truck, but the only way I could get supplies was to pay to them again and then seek a refund from UHAUL. This entire situation was because UHAUL took my money with an understanding to source the truck from my requested pickup location, then unilaterally changed it the day before. Cost me time and money traveling back and forth to a more distant pickup location. I still have to request a refund for the supplies I didn't pick up...I won't ever buy supplies from UHAUL again. Local hardware big box store is cheaper and more available for bubble wrap and tape, boxes.
GLENN CThe Mower Shop was GREAT!! But the whole rest of the process was a nightmare - we were only there because we had originally rented from the U-Haul at 6014 Michigan Road but then less than 24 hours before we were to pick up the truck for a move, we more or less accidentally found out after we started asking questions and figured out that they didn't have a truck for us, even though we had reserved it a week prior. Needless to say - there were lots of people and logistics already locked in for an out-of-state move at that point but we were left scrambling!! And the U-Haul app is worthless - we were told by the U-Haul 800 number people that we would be able to return the truck and any U-Haul place but the app wouldn't recognize the two places closest to us and sent us four or five miles away to a large, empty gravel lot and the only way we recognized it was a single small U-Haul truck (no signage and not even an address - we had to deduce the location from the buildings around it). We drove around the lot a few times and then eventually found a small key drop box mounted on a post with a small U-Haul decal but other than that - no way to know!! At least at that point the app allowed me to finish the return but the whole return fiasco cost us probably 90 minutes after a full day of moving!! Not a good experience!!
Scott DTell me why I got charged for fuel. I replaced the fuel before I returned it.
RHONDA RLearn how to speak with the customers in a professional manner. Had to extend my rental and was told that I was being selfish by doing so. I was told that I was knowingly preventing another family from being able to rent the truck that I was in possession of. Then the person who I spoke with hung up on me.
