The location and personnel were fine. I was displeased with U Haul policies…1) No cargo vans on the coast; 2) A one-way rental from Eugene to Florence is as expensive or more than a roundtrip rental. My original order was cancelled due to no 15 ft available….I should have received a discount because I didn’t get what I ordered and needed. A smaller 10 ft truck did not fit everything so now I’d had to book another trip to get the rest. Very frustrating experience.
