This was not the location that we had intended to go to in order to return our rental truck. The location that we had been assigned to was closed due to a family emergency. There are only 2 U-Haul locations in our destination town and the other was about to close for the day (according to Google). I made a quick call to the that location and was relieved that someone answered the phone. I explained our situation and the owner didn't hesitate to reassure us that we could make the return with her instead. She took care of coordinating the change while we were on our way. The return process went smoothly and was overall a very positive experience.
