Find a closer pickup place. I drove over 250 miles round trip to get the truck. It cost me additional gas.
Cookman BI was forced to go there a day earlier because the original UHaul site closed due to an emergency. This site closed on weekends. Then I was met with a very young girl look like HS age who was trying to help me and trying to control her very young sister. Kid was out of control bopping me with her stuffed animals and constantly pushing buttons in register, climbing all over and even ventured too close to Highway 101. This young gal then had to have me help her lift UP the trailer hitch to my truck. Seriously? She did know what she was doing with hookups. Faulty wires, trued several before I had to buy an adapter which worked. To add insult to this situation, the next day I noticed one of the tires was low. I took it to Les Schwab and they found a nail in the tire. How scary to think that I was going to be driving a full load on I-5!! Definitely not a safe situation.
