Diane at this location decided to charge me for insurance without even asking me if I wanted the insurance, she didnt even tell me the total before having me swipe my card I had to ask her, when I called about it and asked why she did that she said there was no way to refund the 15.00 for the insurance which sounded kind of odd seeing as how it was her mess up by not asking me anything about it. She then continue to try to tell me she asked if I wanted to keep it on there or not but she never did I not once answered a yes or no question from her during our whole conversation when getting the truck, we talked about all kinds of things guardian angels, sea salts, one that she uses in her hand cream or lotion she makes herself, she pulled up a list of guardian angels to tell me whom they all were and what they stood for but not once was there a question about insurance, she then stated oh well i did ask so sorry if you didnt hear it. If you asked someone a question and didnt get an answer dont you think you would need to ask it again before just automatically charging someone for something they dont need? I dont have a whole lot of money so 15 makes a difference and I was o ly there to help my brother whom was in an emergency situation. I feel like this Diane person has done this to alot of people and just tells them oh sorry I cant refund anything, she then states look im not going to argue with you about it ill give it out of my own pocket have a blessed day and hung on me, when I returned the truck she didnt even know who I was even tho I was in there 3 hours prior, she goes oh I jist need the keys the paperwork is your sweetie, I ask about the 15 and her whole manner changed to her huffing and puffing asking another employee where some money for the cook is slams a money bag down on the counter then proceeds to stomp off to the office to get her purse hands me the 15 I said thank you for righting this wrong and she said not appreciated and starts slamming her things back into her bag. Im not a trouble maker nor do I try to con my way with companies, I am a woman of God not some heathen, I did not appreciate what this woman did in the slightest, its one thing to try to sneakly charge me for something I didnt want nor need but its another to lie on me as a person and try to claim im the one lying about the transaction. I dont care if anything gets done about it but I do think the company should know whom is sitting at that front desk 24/7, the older man that was there he was the one that helped my brother and fave him the estimate of $38 which is what it wouldve been without the insurance because he properly asked if my brother wanted it or not and was very kind to me even when I came in to help my brother but unfortunately he wasnt the one at the counter at that time it was her.
