this entire company has become nothing but a joke. Everything has to be done on an app whether you want the app or not. There is no personal service unless an issue arises, and my last experience had many issues. I am 100% dissatisfied with this company and the lack of interpersonal connection. Complete fail.

Have the dealer mention the need to take photos and upload them before leaving the lot. My link expired by the time I noticed the text message.
Ron HCustomer service was the worse I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my lifetime. They were rude. They ignored me and did not help me for the first 15 minutes I was there. They didn’t finish the online check in so it took me 30 minutes to get the U-Haul. I will never go there again
