Equipment was reserved to be picked up at the Meridian, MS location but truck was not available. Please learn the definition of Reservation. The trailer has cardboard left in it when picked up and the truck had not been swept out.

I never got called for my refund
Sharon MThis location was clean and easy to find. The truck was clean and well maintained. The only surprise encountered was a broken tire strap on the tow dolly that had been tied together. I did not discover this until the next day when I went to hook it up. I did call the location, and they were willing to take it back, however they only had an auto transport which would have cost more. I did speak with a U-HAUL representative over the phone and sent pictures over the app to show the state of the tow dolly. They had sent a technician out, but another U-Haul location in another area was able to add safety chains. All in all, it was a good experience.
