The folks at the uhaul pick up were so friendly and knowledgeable. I walked out of there feeling like they were 2 old friends. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I reserved the dolly at the Branson location and they did not have it and directed me to the second location. I did receive my $50 credit but it was very inconvenient. The car dolly did not have the required safety rubber fittings to hold on the safety chains on either side as shown on the decal and the video. Left me driving 1600 miles with an unsafe rig. One safety chain came off in route and was dragging for hours before I had stopped for gas and noticed it.
Jason HVery friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very easy to deal with. The older, bald gentleman tended to talk to himself quite a bit but he was quick to get everything we needed.
Michael MThe only problem is the driveway. When you pull off the highway there is many, many potholes. Very big ones. But the rest of the rental process was quick and handled professionally.
