The van was dirty as shit. Food containers, old cigarette packs and dust and grime everywhere. The vehicles should be wiped down between rentals.
Mark BI purposely booked the only location that was open early because there’s ALWAYS problems and since they didn’t have the equipment I was moved to another location where I couldn’t pick up the truck through the app bc it didn’t recognize I was at location.Couldn’t get the key out of the lock box bc it was jammed in there! Took ten minutes! Had to fill up the tire with air.
Barbara NUnit not ready the day I booked it. Unit was clean but check engine light was on and it was running ruff.
Daniel AThe dealer wasn't there when I went to pick up the trailer then I had to call uhaul for them to make arrangements for me to get my trailer which took an extra hour. I did not get the trailer I reserved. Uhaul down sized my trailer causing a significant problem on how l had to transport my stuff. I am not very happy with uhal
