Disappointed that the staff decided to leave early for some reason. I was driving south to Edmonton only to discover the windshield washer was frozen. I had to make numerous stops to clear the windshield manually. Very frustrating and unsafe.

Truck was snow covered and no way to clear it off. Equipment we had RESERVED was unavailable
Nicole Ai dropped it off out of hours because no one was there. the lot was really full then i had to call uhaul to tell them it was there

Keith KThe Marshall street location where I had the original reservation was not helpful at all. After being transferred by U Haul 6 times without any service at all, I finally got through to someone competent and they set me up at the alternate location. After that it went well.
