The return was chaotic as there was no parking available. Staff was quick to take the vehicle to the back lot however the rental was not closed by the office staff for 2 full days.

Charles BThe workers were terrific. Everything was simple for me. They brought the truck up to the door with the AC running and made sure I had all the paperwork in order.
ED BU-Haul customer service was excellent! The location was below average. rented and brought back same day. I was charged extra days. I think the issue is with this location there is only one person that does the U-Haul. He wasn't there first thing in the morning and was not there to check the truck in when it was brought back. That is the reason for the extra days that I was charged.
