Patricia TJust be patient when costumer is overwhelmed and exhausted from moving. I couldn't remember my current home basement rental address with me at time of rental. I don't ever use it for my postal mail and only knew part of the address. I just felt that the receptionist seemed a bit impatient with the rental process. I was extremely exhausted from my move and felt a little embarrassed in front of a friend who was with me. I would have appreciated a little more understanding and kindness towards that situation. Just to keep that people have alot going on a little kindness and patience can be greatly appreciated.
