After finding people sleeping in the back of the truck that I was supposed to rent at the first location I was supposed to pick my truck up, I called Uhaul. They apologized and sent me to another location about 5 minutes away. The guy on the phone felt bad about that and was very helpful. So the new location was at Rainbow Furniture and those guys were great. Very professional, friendly, and the truck was clean and ready to go. Wouldn't change a thing with that location/crew.
Jeffrey VI would like to add, my 1st drop of location I gave a 1 star review on Google. It is the one off south Calhoun street. There was no room for a normal.vehicle to drive let alone a 20ft Uhal. I don't even know how they had smaller uhauls and trailers. They need a different setup or shouldn't qualify to be a uhaul location. I would have had to drive in grass and park in who knows land to drop off the uhaul.
