The property is very clean, and well kept except for the 10' deep rut by the external keypad that people keep driving into. That could be fixed by throwing a bag of rocks in it , but no I have watched it grow for 6 months. The reason I left for a competitor is my rete went from $75 to $144 in 3 months. One increase was the end of a move in rate +$35 and the other was just an increase because of ?
