The 15 foot truck that we reserved was kept too long from the previous person so we ended up having to get a 10 foot make more trips and took us longer reservation was not honored because of the previous customer we have requested a refund for the guarantee of the truck

Niels ROffice reeked of thick smoke. Wouldn't let me check out untill I went and bought MORE gas than was in the van when I started. Only 1/4 tank of gas in van when rented. Highly disappointed and strongly discourage renting here.
