Trailer was missing attachment points inside and when driving across country in middle of the night the lights did not work at all, connection to vehicle was good but wiring for back taillights was causing concern. Informed uhaul and had field manager of Fort Worth l, “ Eric” call me. He was very unhelpful and had no regard of my concern. Extremely disappointed with overall services and company. Will make sure to never use Uhaul again and be sure to tell anyone needing moving assistance to look elsewhere.
