The lady on the phone quoted us 99.00 we ended up paying over 200.00. then we had to buy a hitch because we lost our pin and she had no extra and we didn't have time to go get one cause they were fixing to close. So we spent another 45.00. then the location place was closed had to call and get another drop off location. They call us weeks later and want us to return the item which we returned the next day. So no not happy at all

The after hour online return process did not provide a confirmation. All the pictures and questions answered should also be sent to customer email, imo. Something to indicate that the return process data, hasn't just disappeared into a blackhole. Thanks
DAVID BSmall location, not a lot of room to manipulate Around in the lot. Office parking area is separates off from Rental parking and you have to exit back onto the busy street and reenter to pick up your trailer. Not ideal during heavy traffic times!
JEFFREY MI still got charged for a furniture dolly that was not with the truck.
ISAIAH KMy reservation was changed and whwn i was notified I only received an email not a phone call. The email did not mention what the change was. I messaged to see what changed but received no reply. The day of moving my app still reflected the location I originally chose so when I showed up there was no truck. Called to talk to uhaul. The first representative forwarded my call to the area manger who was not empathetic at all. She was rude in saying that my reservation had been updated a few days earlier and that I received a call and email. I informed her that I did not receive a call only an email that had no information in it. I also let her know that my app was still reflecting the original pick up location. She was able to update my reservation time ao I do appreciate that however the new pick up location was way further resulting in us having to pay more for mileage . This is Unprofessional and scammy in my opinion. I should not have to pay extra for the extra miles due to your location change.
