The guy came out of the gas station and just told us where to put the tow dolly and said to go to the app to let them know it was returned. He didn't check it to be sure there was no damage so we took pictures ourselves. Never knew this was a U-Haul location, only knew it as a gas station.

1) address on google maps was incorrect - we were sent two blocks south of actual location. 2) parking was very tight - for someone not used to driving a truck, this created a lot of anxiety 3) location was 45 minutes away from the location originally selected - I'm sure there was a notice about possible location changes, but it should be more obvious - perhaps a mandatory click on "Yes I understand that my pick up location may add on 1.5 hours to my planned day."

Gayle RApp was not helpful for making a reservation. In-person reservation was very easy and a cost benefit.
David JThey charged me for fuel. It wasn't much, but I left more fuel in the truck than there was in it when I got it. When I got the truck it had 18 miles to empty on it and it was below the 1/4 mark on the fuel gauge, when I returned it the fuel gauge was above the 1/4 mark. It's just the principle that they charged me.
