On a sunny, 80 degree day I was given a truck that had an AC that didn’t work at all and a radio that only stayed on for about 30 seconds at a time. Other than this the process was fast and efficient. However, I did see that I might incur $20 fees for dropping off the truck and trailer after hours and this was not explained to me at anytime during the rental process.

ANITA MHonestly I blame myself for not saying something when I was quoted 29 a day and after three days I was billed 150plus dollars. The BS fees and such are a scam. Never again!
