The trailer I was assigned was tucked away in a corner beside a building making it very difficult to access. Others were easy to get to. I would not have been able to access the trailer without my wife directing me.

When we arrived to get our rental at 9:00am there was no one in the office to check us in. (Opens at 9:00). We waited for five minutes and then finally someone arrived. We were not told when we reserved the van that there was a cheaper option due to the fact that we were driving 300 plus miles and could not return within 24 hours. Upon review, we were offered the cheaper option, so that ended up okay. When the contract was written, my name was not correct, so the whole process had to start all over. We were delayed, delayed, delayed. And one more thing, the young man we reserved from did not offer a confirmation number or contract. I asked for something, so we had proof the van was reserved in our name. I was not impressed with the overall experience. It was not a smooth process.

Joseph PThe rear door broke and would not close. I called the office and they forwarded me to another number. They hung upon me. Half my personal items were inside the truck and I was stuck. I had to drive down the road worried about my items falling out. Got the vehicle back in time but caused me to be late for an appointment. Was offered no discount or rebate. Charged full price. Had neighbor take video and photos. Please tell me what my next steps are?

I did not think that I could use an app to complete the entire process, including parking the car, clean open area, securing payment, and accessing Key via lockbox. I was very impressed and the facility itself was very clean and inviting. The truck was was far better than the truck I had previously a week ago from a different location. I would highly recommend this U-Haul facility.

ERIK LI rented a small 4-8 trailer when I returned it to the same location, there wasn’t a lot of room to back trailer in with out backing in from corner of the building. Drop off would have been easier without one of the trucks parked close to the small trailers

Timothy KI reserved a 6X12 trailer. I arrived at the pick up location and there was no trailer available. The representative had to make several calls to locate the size trailer I reserved. Eventually they located one and I had to drive to another location which put me behind on my move!

DAVID CHad a great rental experience and would recommend this site for clean trucks and easy experience. I did feel that it was much more expensive for a typical 2 day rental based on lots of previous rentals. 20ft truck for 2 days for over $400 was pretty expensive .

Matthew FJust a few minor observations: - reserved a furniture moving dolly (low level, on 4 wheels), but was informed that one I reserved the day before had been given to another customer just minutes prior to check in; was advised to try the Large Appliance (metal, 2-wheel dolly) - which came at an extra cost; but this dolly was completely useless and would have damaged furniture if used (so it was a complete waste as part of my rental) - I would like my Credit Card (used to pay for the vehicle Rental) to be Credited for having been duped into trying a more expensive dolly that was of no use and not what I specifically reserved (and was available) the day before - Upon entering the vehicle I had to remove and store a cardboard Advertisement in the windshield - shouldn't that be removed prior to giving a customer the keys to the vehicle? - The Passenger's side door to truck was locked, but no one ever checked to see that it wasn't completely closed. Had to pull over to exit the vehicle and properly secure the door
