While the personnel were nice, they did not report our rental as returned. I received a phone call 2 days later from your service center asking me when I was going to return the trailer. When I told her it was returned, she was confused on the location and generally was just rude.

BRENDAANN GILASSOWe left the key in the key box and the agent couldn't find it. She was by herself on a Saturday morning. My husband had to go out, after we'd already delivered the truck, to help her find the key. It was apparently under a piece of cardboard on the bottom of the key box. Very strange. It was somewhat inconvenient since we were already home and had to return to the location. But Debbie was very pleasant and helpful when we ordered the van. I do suggest that an extra set of keys is available for the agents, in case of a loss of keys.

However, the manager gave me an extra 25 miles when I explained the amount given was not the full distance because of the the pickup distance. She was very cordial and understanding. The low scores Is because of your lack of locations and miles based on my trip drop-off.

David Hupkei rented a trailer for 12/26/23 at 9 am when i arrived at the store to my surprise the store was closed and paper sign was on the door and said they were closed - why didn't the person at the counter state when the order was taken that they would be closed on the 25th - very upset

So biggest problem was poorly functioning web site with no clear backup.

Gary CoverThey were still in the process of building 2 storage buildings. One had a new office. This particular location doesn't have the best cell service. We did an after hours pickup so that was fairly challenging at times. During the process certain pages would skip. I'm assuming because of service. One of the most important pages was where the key lock box was. It was behind what looked to be a really old house, that had no business being associated with this nice new U-Haul complex. I called the 800# for help and we'll needless to say I found the old office while being on hold for 15 minutes after actually speaking to 2 different people.

On a related matter, I want to rent again from YOURSPACE at Bayside but the location at 36097 Zion Church Road does not appear as an option when asked to select the dealer. Please make it so YOURSPACE is a selectable option for reserving equipment. I will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future. Thank You

Thank goodness the UHaul person that called us back was very patient and stayed on the phone til it was complete. I will only go to a place that has a person cause the wait time on the phone was 20+ minutes.

You need to work with 10x/ Salesforce/AWS. I was on the phone 3 different times with your agents. I ended up not taking / renting a van. It’s was a really bad customer experience. Thomas DeanLocation and owner were great. I would rent from her again. However, uHaul MUST provide hydraulic jacks that can be used by EVERY sites to assist with getting trailers on vehicles. Additionally it should be noted somewhere that when renting a trailer, a lift is needed. We were unaware and thought we could unhitch (with a drop down wheel on tongue )for a period of time to run errands while trailer was being loaded. Luckily we were offered a truck as a substitute after having call corporate so that our moving plans weren’t jeopardized…. A bit stressful!!
