Easy drop off
TERRY PShop representative was polite and clear. I recommend advising all your uhaul dealer-reps to say "thank you" to each customer at the conclusion of a rental check-out/pick up and return. Although the rep was friendly, I was not thanked for my business. I know this is a market-wide issue (lack of appreciation and communication thereof to customers) in retail, but that is not an excuse.
BRIAN CThe only suggestion I have is to put jacks on the trailers. The trailers are too heavy to pick up to attach to the vehicle. I have back trouble and that almost took my back out. The location was good.
