The office person was very friendly and all the cats and the dog appeared friendly too, especially the cat that tried to climb on me from the counter. The office was kind of like a large living room with some furniture and a LOT of stuff - with even more stuff on top of the stuff. There was a service counter with a desk behind it but that was the only element within the "office" that resembled a business. I like animals but I would understand some people being "put off" by the animals and all the clutter.

I love this location for my uhaul rentals. She makes me feel comfortable and right at home. I can call her anytime for a question or concern and she takes care of it. I love the warmth of her office, she makes you feel welcome and right at home. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a uhaul to check her out.
Self SThe truck inside was pretty dirty, probably because so many back to back rentals. I'm sure it's hard to keep them clean. The low rating is because we picked up the truck at this location and the people are living in the office, on the floor with about 10 cats running around inside. Just felt like walking into someone's home instead of a business. We feel the business and living quarters should be separate. It was very uncomfortable walking into that situation. Someone laying in bed, cats everywhere, cat food bowls on the counter and people in their night clothes running the business. Just not a professional location. Will rent the U-haul somewhere else in the future.
