When I reserved the U-Haul, the gentleman told me that I could pick it up earlier than they opened. Spent 45 minutes down there trying to get the lockbox code. Had to call 1-800 U-Haul and they said he hadn’t set it up. When I question him about it later that morning he said the system was down. He also told me that it was a four day rental and I told him that was too long. I would need two days at most. He said I would be credited back two days on my charge card. After confirming this morning with the one 800 U-Haul lady that was covering Falls City,Nebraska. (Karen) She told me that wasn’t the case. Don’t really appreciate being lied to. Had I known that I would’ve done another rental company. My wife will be putting this on Facebook if I’m not contacted. Have a blessed day.
