I booked my UHaul 1 month before, but the rental location in bloomington cancelled on me in the last minutes saying there are no trucks available and he didn't guide me to other locations for trucks, I had to call customer service and they directed me to a truck which is 1 hour away from my location in franklin, Indiana. I had to drive all the way there and the Uhaul system is very slow in that location. I waited almost 40 minutes at the location to get the truck. Because of this, there were extra miles on the truck and charged me for all those extra miles.

We had to go to a separate area to pick up trailer. Attendant didn’t go with us. Trailer was in an incline an we had a very hard time getting it attached to vehicle as it kept rolling. Attendant showed up after about 20 minutes to help. Also, the trailer apparently has a leak as several of our boxes of books got wet as well as our moving blankets and furniture.
Theresa cWhen I reserved the U-Haul, the gentleman told me that I could pick it up earlier than they opened. Spent 45 minutes down there trying to get the lockbox code. Had to call 1-800 U-Haul and they said he hadn’t set it up. When I question him about it later that morning he said the system was down. He also told me that it was a four day rental and I told him that was too long. I would need two days at most. He said I would be credited back two days on my charge card. After confirming this morning with the one 800 U-Haul lady that was covering Falls City,Nebraska. (Karen) She told me that wasn’t the case. Don’t really appreciate being lied to. Had I known that I would’ve done another rental company. My wife will be putting this on Facebook if I’m not contacted. Have a blessed day.
