Folks at Triangle are a joy to deal with. Very personable. Pick up was extremely smooth. But using the U-Haul app to drop off took more than 20 minutes and was very frustrating. Slow upload of photos.

There was a long wait at the counter because only one person was working and handling dealership business and uhaul business. The uhaul van had some residual pet hair on the seats from the previous customer who also drove the van through deep mud still on the tires at receipt. The mileage readout on the display was difficult to interpret and caused an overbill that was corrected.
