Need better communication with the return time. I got a call that said I was to return at 3:00. I picked up at 9:30. Also your app is bad. It took forever to do anything and your agent couldn’t get it to work but he was great and just did it manually.

John MOnly issue I had was the drivers side taillight was burned out. No ones fault. The guy was easy to work with and I had an overall pleasant experience.
Jeremy PThe man at the counter asked me to move my car away from the gas pump. As I was doing so I received an important phone call, regarding the reason why I needed the u haul, I took the call before going back inside. After going back in the guy had an attitude and began yelling at me. Saying I had him waiting for 15 minutes when the phone call lasted 4 minutes. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful and I have video to prove it
