The app wasn't loading at 1st to do the pick up. While I also very much appreciate the upgrade in truck size, but really didn't want a bigger truck and was already nervous to drive one. We had to go out and buy straps to tie everything down since we were no where near filling the truck so it didn't slide the whole trip.
