CHANTE LThe location was excellent, but using the app wasn't. I am tech savvy (have done tech support for close to 20 years now), but I got stuck taking pictures - it appears they wouldn't upload, and I couldn't get past that screen - very frustrating. Everything else was great.
Michael VCustomer service was top tier. I didn’t feel rushed checking out the truck or returning. Very friendly environment. I will be renting my uhauls from that location when in need.
