U Stor It gets 5 Stars! My original reservation had to be changed because the location that I chose didn’t have the equipment that I selected which was a bit inconvenient, but it worked out for the best! If not for that, I would have missed out on one of the best customer service experiences in recent memory. Herb and his wife are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If I ever need a U-Haul or storage unit again then I will definitely go through them!
Brad MI failed to get the name of the nice lady that assisted us but she did a great job! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient! She ensured we were comfortable with the trailer and operating all the components and verifying everything was working properly! Thank you Ma'am!

My stress lowered when they reassured me, I had any questions or problems, I could call/txt the owners right away through the journey. Definitely recommend the storage facility here and the site.
