My experience was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating answering all of my questions. My only "improvement" recommendation would be to have the trucks start with a full tank versus requiring them to be returned with the same amount in the tank at the return as was there at the time of rental. It's difficult to estimate the miles/gallon and for me I didn't want to make multiple stops to fill the tank trying to get to a 1/4 tank. I will rent from these folks again and have already recommended them to others!
