joy sHerb was extremely professional and friendly. But, if you are doing a one-way rental make sure that you know the location where you want to drop it off ... otherwise, you will spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get the location changed for the drop off. The reason I took a star off is because of the insistence of getting the insurance. Once I say no thank you; please don't insist.
