Hi to improve your service should have more open signal axles trailer because d only one I could get was in new Brunswick and not in moncton so I hade to pay 7 time more for a day that I would have pay if there was a trailer available at d local place but not my fault u guys didn't enough off them that should be look in to , rip off ,.!!

He was out helping a customer when I arrived. I didn't mind waiting as I had wished someone had come outside to help me when I rented it. I needed to extend my rental by a few days and they were very helpful to allow me to do so. Would highly recommend them. When I called Moncton to ask about the extension, they informed me their was no option and I had to have the rental back on the day that it was due. No sympathy for unexpected issues.

Hi, Can I please see the actual photo taken by the service attendant from the vehicle odometer showing the actual range of fuel. I am contesting the additional 13 dollars being charge to me considering that i have refilled the fuel exactly the same as what we've seen on the gauge before we use the vehicle. I would like to see that before the remaining balance. Thanks, Jesi

Great franchisee. Typically, U-hual has a reputation for not having the vehicle you book at pick-up time. I have done business 3-4 times with this franchise, and my vehicle is always there. Owner/operator is friendly, helpful and accomodating. He takes good care of his customers and takes the time to make sure we're safe on the road.

When I was there they didn't say any thing about the rental truck and he just said me every things are ok and you can go, but now I can see he charged me $21 for gas?! is not it better when I was there he informed me regarding the extra charges for gas? for this reason I'm not happy for this procedure. I'm sure I didn't use that amount of gas!

The door of tge trailer didn't open correctly when we needed to unload the trailer. The door got off the railing on the top right hand side and was stuck luckily we had ot opened almost 2 feet so we could unload a few small item and one small guy was eventually able to crawl in and was able to get the door in the rail using tools. The door enentually opened all tfe way. There was about an hour of frustrations to get the door opened.

Was advised that utility trailer would Accommodate side by side ATV. It did not, so rental was a waist of money. Disappointed. Otherwise, experience satisfactory.

Just had a lot of hassle with the rental. We originally had a 6x12 trailer booked but wanted one with the barn style doors. We called the Sunday before and we were told only the 5x8 had the barn style doors, the person we spoke with called the location and confirmed they had a 5x8 with the barn style doors available for us. So we changed the reservation to the 5x8. We get there that day to pick it up at 8 am and they hook us up a trailer with the roll up door, we say we asked for one with barn style doors. The guy working says that the one they have with barn style doors has to go out at 4pm on “one way†after some calls they say there is one at another location and someone has to go grab it and they ask if we can come back at 1230pm to get it. So we left with no trailer. We come back at 1230 and they tell us they don't have a barn style door for us and that we should have called ahead if we wanted that specific one, which we had. We asked if we could have the 6x12 since that is what we had originally wanted, but they didn't have any at that time. We took the 5x8 because we needed a trailer but it was just all together a big hassle when we had tried to arrange everything in advance so it would go smoothly.
