Hard spot to get in with the truck, roads were awful and pothole ridden. Made it without any i incidents, though. I only put no for personnel because there were none and I just dropped the key.

Stephane MMy reservation was the truck share. I got to the location at the pickup time, yet I was unable to verify and access the truck till 8pm. I was on hold for several minutes without any assistance. After I resolved the issue MYSELF, no concession was given. I still had to return the truck at the initial return time without any consideration of the delayed pickup. And when I went in to return the truck, the staff was very dismissive. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.
