Have the fuel full at the start, so when customer is refueling before drop off they simply refill and don't have to read an info sheet to figure out how much it will take to have it at the same amount as when it was picked up eg. 5/8 of a tank.

TERRY K.I have been charged cleaning fee when the van was filthy inside and I didn't complain because it's a moving van.. but the. I got charged for cleaning fee too! And when I questioned it, they said we needed to sweep it after you.. I have pictures taken and it shows that the inside was exactly the same as I took it from you and still no refund!!
