Customer rep was not friendly, charged my account an extra $25.00 because I did not fold and bag the moving blankets. I spent $2,400.00 on this move, drove 1200 miles to be scolded for not folding the blankets. I WANT CREDITED FOR THE $25.00!! This location represents your company and reputation! Poor, very poor!
