U-haul wants you to use their app to check in when you drop off a truck. This location has no cell service and I couldn’t check in properly. I called the person that was there earlier and explained the situation. Still got charged $20 after hours fee for no reason.

The only things I would make note of is the lot is on damp sand/dirt that tracks onto shoes, so when you get into the cab that sand dirt mixture gets everywhere. Also where the key lock boxes are, the piece of plywood underneath is waterlogged and squishy when stepped on
Starr KGirl on the phone was not customer related and not a good place confusing when dropping of trailer too many signs giving directions very confusing. I would not recommend.

jacob sThis drop off point is just an open lot. Location clean and inviting: As mentioned it's just a lot on the side of the road. No defined road or driveway, tall unkept grass, and sandy ground. Personnel: There was no one from U-Haul there. There s only a drop box and a couple of signs directing you where the drop box is. Recommend: Yes I would still recommend a friend or enemy to drop off a rental at this location. It's the only U-Haul location in the area near my home. Dropping it anywhere else would add unnecessary miles and would have put me over the maximum miles (512) on my contract. Great little truck. Comfortable ride. Great gas mileage. Too many stickers on the dash display. The only objection I have to the process is that I (the customer) end up doing most of the work for U-Haul, and I am not an employee. I have to take pictures of the vehicle. I have to post to the web site. Seems like something an employee should do.
